This is a quick and easy old fashion Vanilla Pudding recipe. I am a vanilla freak! I would take vanilla over chocolate any day. I used my homemade vanilla extract in this recipe which is amazing by itself! It gave this Vanilla Pudding a wonderful flavor! In a medium pan, whisk the eggs.
Add the sugar and mix.
Add the cornstarch, salt and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla, stirring to combine.
Ladle into serving bowls, cover with plastic wrap
and refrigerate until cold then serve.

- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 Tbl cornstarch
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
