Baked Beans

Baked Beans have been a staple at our family functions since I was a kid! I still remember my Mom making them. I always wanted to eat the bacon laying on the top and today I still do! I no longer place the uncooked bacon on top of the Baked Beans though. Now I cook the bacon, crumble it and mix it in with the beans before I bake it. Anybody else like to eat the leftover Baked Beans cold the next day?
