Who doesn’t like these dainty little Cornish Game Hen? I remember my Mom making these when I was growing up. She bought two Cornish Game Hen for the four of us. She took a knife and sliced the hens in half which I thought was cool because it looked like I was eating half of a chicken. I have continued to make these ever since I left their home.

  1. This post really brought back memories. I use to roast these tiny hens, as a treat, many moons ago. You’ve inspired me to make the tasty delights again after all these years. πŸ™‚
