Hershey’s Homemade Hot Cocoa

There is nothing better on these cold mornings than drinking a cup of Homemade Hot Cocoa. Kids think it is the best drink ever when you add marshmallows or whipped cream on top, both add an amazing extra flavor to this already delicious drink. Have you ever tried putting it in your coffee? One of my favorite things is coffee with hot cocoa. It makes your coffee taste like the expensive lattes at the coffee shops but at a fraction of the cost.

My wife is in charge of her strong, Italianesque blend of a couple of coffees from Trader Joe. Just this morning I added (to the cup) a couple teaspoons of ground dark chocolate also from TJ. No sugar…tho there’s a touch in the chocolate. Winter is coming.

I use to buy the box of instant hot cocoa pouches. I always ended up throwing out most of it. There is no waste when made this way!
