Sesame Green Beans With Sea Salt
If you like sesame oil, sesame seed and the slight tangy taste of rice vinegar, you have to try this green bean recipe! We were so happy with the way it tasted with our home grown green beans that I am making it this way again tomorrow! I can’t believe I have gone this long without fixing green beans this way. There is so much wonderful flavor going on in just one bite that it left us both wanting more.
Ingredients
Wash the green beans and cut the tips off.
Boil the green beans until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain the green beans and put them into a serving bowl.
In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sea salt, pepper and butter. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until butter melts.
Pour butter mixture on top of green beans, toss to combine and serve.
