Potato Salad

There is nothing like comfort food at a picnic. Potato Salad is always a staple at our picnics along with macaroni salad, deviled eggs, baked beans and of course hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. I have been making my potato salad this way since I began cooking many years ago…we won’t say how long! This was the same potato salad my Mom made, and still makes, when I was a child. Sorry Mom I am giving out your secret recipe. Some people like to add mustard, relish or more to their potato salad for added taste. What you add is your own personal preference and there are no wrong ingredients.

  1. Isn’t it amazing how potato salad can vary? And we all love our own recipes! Yours is very like my mother in law’s recipe, which my husband still claims is best. Sigh. Good for you!
