Turkey BLT Sriracha Wrap

I can’t believe that until about a year ago, I went my entire life not trying Sriracha Sauce. Sriracha Sauce is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.

I had never been crazy about wraps in the past. Once I added this delicious sauce it changed the way I looked at wraps. My Turkey BLT Sriracha Wrap has all my favorite things I love in a sandwich so I thought, why not a wrap? Now you don’t have to use the Sriracha Sauce if you don’t want to, it’s still a great tasting wrap, after all it has bacon in it! Below is a slide show of the steps I took to make this wrap.

1-10″ or 12″ flour tortilla shell

Miracle Whip or Mayo to taste

Sriracha Sauce to taste, optional

5 thin slices of turkey

1/2 thinly sliced tomato

1 large lettuce leaf

2-3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

shredded cheddar cheese, to taste

Lay tortilla shell flat. Spread desired Miracle Whip (or Mayo) and Sriracha Sauce on tortilla shell. Add lettuce, turkey slices, tomato slices, shredded cheese and bacon. Roll into a wrap, tucking in the sides, and cut the wrap in two diagonally.
