Sheet Pan Bratwurst, Potatoes & Carrots

A Sheet Pan Meal is not only one of the easiest meals you can make but delicious as well! The hardest part of preparing this meal is peeling the vegetables.

Spray a large sheet pan with oil then place the bratwurst pieces on it.

In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with the oil. Sprinkle on the seasonings and toss well.

Add the seasoned vegetables to the pan. I put my vegetables in the middle, but I recommend putting the meat in the middle.

Bake at 425º for 45-60 minutes. You should be able to pierce the vegetables with a fork when done.

Then serve!

Looks appetising
Thank you Derrick!
Easy and super delicious 😋
Thank you!
That looks so delicious, Diane. All the key food groups and I love how the fattiness of the sausage soaks into the potato and veggies. 😋
Thank you Ab, I also make it with chicken (of course thighs are the best). 😉
This one takes no convincing to me! Sausage and potatoes are two of my favorite things.
We like to change the type of sausage each time I make it for a different taste, they all taste so good!
Yummy! This is my kind of recipe!!
Sheet pan recipes are one of our favorite and pretty healthy. You can use any kind of sausage but chicken is delicious too.
Love this, I did this the other day with a roast and tons of vegetables. One pan clean up ! lol
I never did a roast but add foil and even easier clean up!
This sounds good, but I don’t think I would even bother to peel the veggies, just scrub well. A little healthier. (And then follow it up with a decadent dessert. 🙃 )
I have always peeled my carrots and left on the skin for our homemade fries only unless they are red potatoes, as that was what we did as kids. Definitely healthier by not peeling them yet delicious either way. Thank you Linda!
Your meals with kielbasa or bratwurst always look so delicious Diane.
Thank you so much Linda!
You’re welcome Diane!
I love sheet pan meals! I always roast my veggies and then blend them up with bone broth so good for us on a cold snowy day.
Great idea Eunice, so much more flavor when they are roasted.
We have recently started to really enjoy sheet pan dinners.
I have been seasoning everything on the pan. However, I like the idea of doing it in a bowl better. Thanks for the idea!
I used to do it your way too but I could never get all sides coated with the seasonings. In a bowl I can get everything covered well. You’re very welcome Robbye!
I know, so frustrating! I really enjoyed the difference in flavor fixing it the way you suggested.
This evening, I made something similar. In a departure, from my usual method of arranging the meat and vegetables in separate rows, I mixed everything with the spices in a bowl before cooking. The change made a big difference, allowing the flavors to blend beautifully throughout the dish!
What a great idea Robbye. We love making sheet pan meals.
We do, too!
