Thank you and no I didn’t! My son brined a turkey, spatchcocked style. It was amazing as was all the rest of the food they made. All I made was a huge antipasto salad for an appetizer.

Thank you Ab! I was totally spoiled and my son and his wife made a fabulous meal. My son brined and smoked a turkey spatchcock style, best turkey I have ever had and I don’t like turkey normally. I even got a plate to take home. The only thing I made was the antipasto salad for our appetizer.

Thank you Jonetta! I actually ate at my son and daughter in law’s house and it was delicious. Now Christmas will be so much fun in my new kitchen. I already have all the food planned. I’m in the process of decorating for Christmas then I will get busy with cookies!

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving at my sons!!!! All I made was a huge antipasto salad for the appetizer. He brined the turkey. I don’t really like turkey, except when he makes it, best turkey I have ever had! I will be hosting Christmas and making a lot for that. I hope you two had a nice Thanksgiving too.
I made antipasto too but not the salad just the tray. Brined turkey sounds so yummy I’ve had that before!
