Pumpkin Bundt Cake Recipe

A fabulous Pumpkin Cake made in a Bundt pan. I sprinkled mine with powdered sugar and served it with vanilla ice cream or you can drizzle it with icing.

So nice🌺🌺
Thank you!
Thanks Ned and have a great day!
Yummy!
Thank you!
I love a good pumpkin cake! We got 4 pumpkins from the store last night for Halloween. The hubby loves roasting the seeds, T loves carving them and I may just set some pumpkin aside for cake!
Wow no waste there! I have never roasted a pumpkin believe it or not. 🤷🏽♀️ I found a recipe for pumpkin brownies that are frosted with cream cheese frosting. Hoping to make it soon.
To clarify, we roast the seeds not the pumpkin. 😆 Please post the brownies when you make it!
I sure will.
Delicious cake recipe 😋 well shared 💐
Thank you so much!
YUM!
Thanks!
My pleasure. 🙂
Perfect for the season!
Yes! It’s funny because I don’t bake with pumpkin any other time of the year. It gives me something to look forward to that way. Lol
Isn’t it funny? Really good pumpkin in cans is available all year, yet we only seem to use it at the holidays, same with cranberries.
‘Tis the season for pumpkin everything!
I still have another pumpkin recipe I want to make, it has cream cheese frosting. 😋
Cream cheese frosting is the best!!
Right and I can’t wait to make the recipe. My mother in law is already waiting for it. Lol
Ha ha!
Two scoops make it look even better than it already is!
I love when the ice cream melts and soaks into the cake, so yummy! Thank you Linda!
Mmmmmmmm!
Thank you! I have more pumpkin recipes I want to try, one for sure.
Oh yes, I remember this recipe! I made it when I saw it on your blog and everyone loved it (I even bought the bundt pan), but I never baked it again. I think this is a good option for the next time when I have to take cake to our church service.
It is the perfect recipe for a function like church. It’s not overly sweet but still sweet enough to enjoy.
