Pasta Salad That’s A Meal

This pasta salad has everything in it to make it a meal! Chicken, ham, broccoli, olives and pasta all covered in a delicious homemade dressing. This is easy and a quick recipe to prepare. I used rotisserie chicken and the ham was already diced from the store.

In a medium sized bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt and pepper then refrigerate.

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package then drain.

Pour the pasta back into the pan, add the frozen broccoli, toss, cover and refrigerate until cold.

Add the diced ham and chicken then toss.

Add the olives, dressing then toss well and refrigerate.

  1. I just love pasta salad like the one you made. They are always delicious and everyone always gobble them down. I like that because there’s no leftovers.

  2. I always liked pasta salad … my mom used to make her own, then when “Suddenly Salad” came along, with the packet you mixed in of seasonings, she started using that product more often. This does look tasty.
