Easy Golden Parmesan Garlic Biscuits

Crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. These canned biscuits are topped with butter, garlic, fresh parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. You don’t even need to butter these cheesy topped biscuits because the butter is already in there.

Place the biscuits in a oven safe dish or cast iron pan.

Chop parsley and grate Parmesan cheese.

Melt the butter, add the garlic and cook a couple minutes.

Add the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cook just until the cheese melts.

Brush all of the butter mixture over the biscuits.

Add more freshly grated Parmesan cheese on the biscuits.

Bake according to package directions or until the cheese is golden brown on top.

Serve warm and enjoy!

The crunchy outside was so good then you bite into a soft inside, definitely a keeper. Thank you Sheree 🥰
We don’t get canned biscuits here in SA. I think the closest thing to this recipe of yours is our pre-cooked rolls with garlic and parsley (called ‘roosterkoeke’) which are then just further grilled on the fire. But I have to say, your biscuits look delicious!
I love that name, roosterkoeke! Is there anything you two don’t cook over the fire? You could make a blog of recipes cooked that way.
Ha, there is just no English word for ‘roosterkoeke’ (grid cakes just don’t sound the same)! Hmm, let me think … I’ve never cooked rice on the fire or baked puddings. But I’m sure I can try …
And I’m sure they would be delicious!
These look so easy and delicious.
They really were Christy, thank you!
Looks delicious, Diane! Garlic and parmesean are such a great flavour combination.
Thank you Ab, the crusty Parmesan went so well with the soft insides.
The biscuits look and sound scrumptious. I will definitely try this recipe. Thank you for sharing it!
Thank you so much Tanja!
These look quite tempting Diane!
Thank you!
Yum!
Thank you Betty!
These look good! 🌺 Thank you for the recipe!
Thank you Kymber and you’re very welcome!
These look great!
Thank you Kevin!
Yes please! They look delicious. I remember when our grocery store started carrying garlic butter in the deli area. Soon we were having garlic toast with soup or, salads … I don’t recall having garlic biscuits though.
Thank you, it’s crazy how many people love garlic and it sounds like you do too!
These biscuits look delicious. I am having a dinner party for 14 people soon. (I know I have lost my mind!). How much in advance can I make these? Can they be rewarmed. I need the oven for the main course.
If you grate your cheese, chop the parsley and garlic ahead of time it’s just a matter of melting the butter and cheese. We left our leftovers on the counter in a plastic bag then reheated ours in the microwave the next day. They aren’t as crunchy but they are just as delicious. Thank you Bernadette and yes, you have lost your mind but I am sure it will be a huge success!
I’m not usually a fan of canned biscuits, but these are so dressed up!
These don’t taste like canned at all Linda. I loved the crunchy Parmesan outside with the soft fluffy inside.
Thank you so much for posting.
