Delicious Fresh Strawberry Pie

Strawberry Pie with a delicious crust that doesn’t need to be rolled! This was the way Strawberry Pie was meant to be made. It is the easiest Strawberry Pie I have ever made and the most delicious. You will definitely want to try this one!
Strawberry season is only a few weeks away where I live and I am looking forward to making another Fresh Strawberry pie!

Definitely delicious
I can’t wait until the fresh strawberries are ready in a few weeks Thank you Derrick!
Oh my word, this looks amazing!
Thank you so much Paul.
oh, yum. reminds me of summer days gone by –
Our strawberries are just starting, can’t beat a good strawberry pie!
This looks great and strawberry season is almost here !
I can’t wait!
My fork is poised
Sending some your way!
This looks delicious. I’ll have to try it. I make your strawberry and rhubarb pie recipe at least once a summer and this one looks just as good!
It is and a totally different but delicious taste. Thank you Ab.
The strawberries look so luscious – my mouth is watering now!
Terry buys strawberries from the store but they are always white inside, yuck! I can’t wait until our local strawberries are ready in a few weeks. I’m ready for a strawberry rhubarb pie but i may have to make it at my MIL’s with no stove. I have about 6 strawberry plants but that won’t be enough for a pie.
I have not heard any ads for the local strawberry farm in Belleville yet. The strawberries are yellow and never ripe when you buy them half the time … I buy frozen if I want a treat – at least they are red. 🙂
Happy Mother’s Day, Diane. Strawberry season has arrived here and I will be using your recipe soon.
Thank you Bernadette, enjoy!
I remember my introduction to this kind of Strawberry Pie. My family (with 6 kids) almost never went out to eat and also never traveled. When my oldest brother got married in Pensacola, we all piled in the car for the trip from Tennessee to FL. I’m sure my mother packed food and cooked at the little cottage we stayed at, but either on the way down or back, we stopped at a Shoney’s and had strawberry pie for dessert. Clearly it was memorable! When we got home my mother figured out how to make it herself (using Jello also), and the rest is history! I’ve been thinking about your kitchen project. I think some of your non-kitchen cooking would make interesting posts.😀
What a lovely memory Linda. We loved Shoney’s French Silk Pie, miss that place! I have plenty of gadgets to cook on and my dining room is all lined up with them! It should be a great way to lose weight! 🤣
We love strawberries but will have to wait until August when it is strawberry season in South Africa. Your recipe looks very easy (I like that the dough doesn’t need to be rolled out). I will be saving this until when we have strawberries galore again.
The dough was easy but I love the taste even better than regular pie crust, enjoy Corna!
This looks amazing!
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
