  2. This looks yum! Theres always a can of Spam in our cupboard and will have to try this. I think we have all the ingredients.

  3. Apologies if this is the third time I’m posting this, as WordPress has been wonky.

But I love spam! 🙂 There’s always a can in my cupboard. I will have to try making this as I have all the ingredients, including the sliced cheese. 😋

    • I agree, WP has been awful. I’m noticing things I commented on other peoples site two days later never showed up. Anyhow, enjoy the Spam, it was a delicious sandwich.

  4. This makes my mouth water Diane. You sliced it perfectly too or did you get the individual packaged slices? I saw them in the store when they first came out.

  5. Just the photo of your end product alone is enough to convince me that this must be a very tasty sandwich! We have never bought Spam, but we do buy Corned beef every now and then. Maybe on a next grocery trip I’ll put a can of Spam in the trolley.

  6. Spam has gotten a bad reputation. I’m sure it is not the healthiest thing to eat, but it is delicious and is basically ham with all the convenience of extended storage without a refrigerator. The melted cheese in your picture is swoon-worthy!
