What is Cool Whip? Is it a synthetic cream?
It is a whipped topping made with all the bad stuff like high fructose corn syrup and more but tastes so good. It is a stabilized whipped topping but has no cream in it and it stores in the freezer for a long time and I believe 2 weeks in the refrigerator when thawed.

I love this because it is perfect for portion control since it is frozen. After it freezes I slice it into pieces and we have a piece when we want. I agree about Cool Whip!

I agree, my favorite peanut butter pie Bernadette.
I don’t like straight peanut butter, but by the looks of this I think I would like this.
There is just enough peanut butter in it for flavoring the Cool Whip mixture. It’s not like eating it straight from the jar and you can put chocolate syrup or fudge on top. I bet you would love this Stephen, it’s so easy to make too.

It is a good one to have in the freezer so if you have pop in guests (like grandchildren) there is something for them to eat. Lol
