  1. Oh, that looks really tasty Diane! I love seeing how many different ways you prepare chicken.
Here’s a typical South African joke: Chicken is actually a vegetable! Apparently, we like meat so much, that we have our red meat as a main dish and then serve chicken as a vegetable on the side 😁.

  2. I’ve printed this one out. Thanks, Diane, you have definitely improved my meal rotation with all your recipes.

  3. Looks delicious, Diane. It’s Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend so I can see this working with Turkey and stuffing too! Thanks for the inspiration.

  4. This looks yummy and I like that it can be made ahead and refrigerated. I’ll bet it would be a great day after Thanksgiving recipe with leftover turkey.

    • Yes it would! I won’t be cooking this year and I told everyone we will have to go out to eat instead. I won’t miss the work or mess but you can’t get that wonderful homemade food at a restaurant, it’s just not the same and no leftovers! 😩 But at least we will all be together and that’s what holidays are about.
