Air Fryer Poached Eggs

Poached eggs in the air fryer, of course! All you need is a ramekin, coffee mug or a silicone muffin cup and a few minutes to cook. The best part is there is no clean up in the air fryer.

Lightly spray your ramekins or coffee mugs with cooking oil or brush with oil. (I sprayed a little too much.)

Place one egg in each ramekin or coffee mug.

Add two Tbsp. water on top of each egg.

Preheat air fryer to 370º for 3 minutes. Place ramekin into the air fryer for 4-10 minutes depending on the size of your ramekin and how you like your eggs cooked. After 4 minutes I checked mine every minute until it was how I wanted my eggs cooked.

Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and allow excess liquid to drain. Place on a serving plate, salt and pepper to taste then serve.

  1. Now why didn’t I think of this? 😆 I’ll have to tell my kids. They love to cook and love eggs, but they don’t love to clean up. This would be a much better option for them!

  2. I will have to try it. I absolutely love my Air Fryer and use it at least once a week – just tonight actually. 🤗

    • It took very little effort, however, I will cook mine for less time next time. My yolk got too done, trial and error until I get the perfect time for my air fryer.

  3. What a great idea, Diane. I have two ramekins so this will be easy. They would make great breakfast egg and cheese English muffins too.
