It’s Friday What’s For Dinner 11-04-22

Anyone that makes a homemade dinner is welcome to type the name of one recipe you prepared in the comments, then we can all scroll through the comments for recipe ideas. This will be a weekly Friday post and only recipes on the Friday posts will be allowed.
If someone wants your recipe and asks there will be no pressure to share it, it’s up to you. I will accept links, but only to the recipe, however it may take me a few days to approve it so I can make sure the link is legitimate and not spam. NO SPAM WILL BE ALLOWED, ONLY RECIPES OR YOU WILL BE BLOCKED.
I find the hardest part of making dinner isn’t the process, but figuring out what to make. So go ahead and post ONE RECIPE ONLY EACH FRIDAY in the comments or feel free to just read what others have made. Either way, I hope we all get some great ideas to make our meal planning easier.
My “It’s Friday What’s For Dinner” in the picture above is Spaghetti Cordon Bleu made with chicken, ham and bacon.
Another keeper, Diane. Thank you for sharing!
You are very welcome! Have a fantastic weekend. 💕
Not feeling too ambitious today so we’ll keep it simple. It is a beautiful, sunny day here in the Carolinas, so we will grill some burgers…
1 lb ground chuck
some leftover bacon broken up into bits
about 2 tbsps some good bbq sauce ( I use the local one from Hursey bbq. You can drink this stuff!)
Combine all the ingredients and form into 4 patties. Put it in the fridge for a while, covered with foil, until ready to grill.
Heat the grill until it is good and hot and spray with an olive oil spray
Grill the patties to your desired doneness, I like them a little pink inside
Serve on a nice, toasted bun.
Well you just inspired me! I have never put bacon in our burgers, we always placed it on top! Thank you!
Acon in any form is welcome. It is nature’s most perfect food, next to macaroni!
Taco Lasagne
Now that’s one I never thought of, yummy!!!! I have made taco everything, or so I thought! Thank you!!!
Thanks so much Ned!
Interesting recipe Diane. Here’s my contribution this week https://viewfromtheback.com/2017/03/19/the-musette-vegan-lasagna/
Thank you Sheree❣️
Mexican Posole on a cold rainy day in OK
Do you put pork belly in yours? I had to google this and it sounds delicious and nice and spicy!!! Yum!
No, we don’t use pork belly, but any pork can be used.
Thanks!
A perfect recipe for a November Friday!
Thank you 💕
I made a lovely lasagne last night 🙂
One of my husbands favorite meals! Thank you for your idea.
Welcome 🙂
People have typed some wonderful recipes, i doubt whether my smoked fish with boiled kales and brown rice will sound any tastier 😢😅
Kale I am not crazy about but smoked fish I love! My favorite is smoked catfish as it is fatty and super moist. Also the meat comes right off of the bones so you aren’t picking bones out of your mouth. Never underestimate my followers, we like all kinds of food. Thank you Lamittan!
Indeed, catfish is great. I also like mudfish, swordfish and salmon.
You have wonderful followers, full of great ideas, Diane. I’m glad you loved my dish too
I had saved this one before, but not made it. Next time I have leftover chicken, I am making it for sure.
Let me know what you think. Have a great week Carla!
The best of both worlds – chicken cordon bleu and spaghetti. Getting the ham and bacon too is the cherry on the sundae.
Yes bacon makes everything better! Thank you Linda!
