Slow Cooker Roast, Carrots & Potatoes (Revised)

Slow Cooker Roast is one of the easiest meals you can make! Peel the potatoes & carrots, chop the onion, pour in the beef broth and sprinkle with herbs, that’s it!
I revised my original post from 2018 with all new pictures and directions, so check it out and see my step by step directions with pictures and a printable recipe card by clicking HERE.

Thank you so much Ab!
I haven’t cooked a roast in such a long time, I need to do one. Thanks for the easy options.
You’re welcome Carla, everything is so tender and moist in the slow cooker.
I read the recipe. It is so easy, but the results look like really good comfort food.
It is delicious comfort food. We ate this a lot when I was a kid but Mom always used the oven. It is so tender and moist in the slow cooker. Thank you 🥰
I just took a bite out of my laptop!
Next time I will sent you some! Haha Thank you❤️
Such a comforting meal! Your pictures look amazing! 😍
Thank you, I’ve been eating this since I was a child but I have changed the seasoning from what my Mom used.
This looks like the perfect Sunday dinner. Thanks Diane for sharing.
Thank you Bernadette, our comfort food.
This recipe looks very appetizing!
Thank you it is a staple dinner in our house.
Oh, it looks delicious! You wouldn’t say I just had dinner 😊.
Thank you everything is so tender cooking all day.
It might have been your 2018 post that prompted me to get the crockpot! My mom was a fan of pot roasts in a bag for easy-breezy clean-up. I could not convince her to keep the slow cooker I bought because “I can’t see into it – I’m too short!”
Hahaha that’s funny Linda.
