It’s Friday What’s For Dinner 9-16-22

Anyone that makes a homemade dinner is welcome to type one recipe you prepared in the comments, then we can all scroll through the comments for recipe ideas. This will be a weekly Friday post and only recipes on the Friday posts will be allowed.
If someone wants your recipe and asks there will be no pressure to share it, it’s up to you. I will accept links, but only to the recipe, however it may take me a few days to approve it so I can make sure the link is legitimate and not spam. NO SPAM WILL BE ALLOWED, ONLY RECIPES OR YOU WILL BE BLOCKED.
I find the hardest part of making dinner isn’t the process, but figuring out what to make. So go ahead and post ONE RECIPE ONLY EACH FRIDAY in the comments or feel free to just read what others have made. Either way, I hope we all get some great ideas to make our meal planning easier.
My “It’s Friday What’s For Dinner” in the picture above is a ground beef and CHORIZO BURGER. It is such a pleasant change from the normal hamburger.

ooh, a nice change up on a traditional meal
Thank you Beth!
Never thought of this combo, but I bet it is delicious!
I couldn’t believe how delicious the combination was Kellye. Thank you!
The Netherlands has moved into Autumn, so we prepare a dish with lots of warm flavours: guineafowl with Ras el Hanout, a mixture of some twenty plus spices such as coriander, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, fenugreek, fennel, cardamom, turmeric and many more. Thank you this sounds like it has a lot of delicious flavor!
Sausage burgers
1 lb ground pork
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pinch ground rosemary, and ground cumin
Mix all the ingredients well and form into 4 patties.
Cover and put into the fridge until you’re ready to cook
Heat up the charcoal or gas grill good and hot
Grill the patties about 2-3 minutes on each side or until done to your taste
but don’t overcook them or they will dry out
Serve on buns (or good English muffins) with lettuce and your favorite burger condiments
A good, light red wine goes perfectly too!
I love sausage and this sounds great. I have all the ingredients so saving this one, thank you!
Thank you for your response! Aside from being a great cook and Grandma, you are a great person!!!!!
Awe thank you. We went to the zoo with the grandkids and my daughter today, what fun. 💕
We do love our burgers – traditional or with twists!
We do too, there are so many ways to make them. Thank you❣️
It looks good and that little different. I still look at these things despite the vegetarian lifestyle. I cook for others so I love collecting ideas.
Thank you Barb, it must be hard cooking for others that aren’t vegetarians.
Only when they are meat eaters like my son and grandson. LOL
You don’t mind cooking for them! Lol
Oh that looks good Diane with the big tomatoes piled on there. I was at the Community Gardens yesterday at Heritage Park, lots of tomatoes still on the vine, but green!
Green tomatoes can be ripened in the house. We had a bad year with our tomatoes. Our cherry tomatoes were excellent but the big ones flopped. I think we bought more than we grew. Thank you Linda!
