Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

Tender, juicy and delicious Beef Brisket cooked in a sauce for ten hours in the slow cooker. I shredded the leftover brisket, added BBQ sauce and made BBQ beef sandwiches for the following day. Who doesnโt love two different meals out of one brisket?
Adapted from a fellow blogger, if this was you please let me know so I can give you credit.

Place the brisket into your slow cooker,
I had to cut the end off of
mine to make it fit.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in
a bowl, stir to combine then pour
it over the brisket.

Cook on low for 10 hours, remove
the brisket to a cutting board.

Slice the Brisket and serve.

If you have leftovers, shred
the brisket in a bowl.

Add your favorite BBQ sauce and stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, warm
in a pan and make BBQ beef
sandwiches and serve.

Sweet but will do with fish or shrimp. Thanks for sharing. ๐๐
You wonโt need to cook for 10 hours, that time is just for a brisket. Thank you and enjoyโฃ๏ธ
Sweet! I can work with that! ๐ ….thanks of course! Thank YOU!!! โค

Thank you for the reblog Michael. ๐
We love brisket, and this recipe is so much easier than throwing it on a smoker for 10 hours. Thanks, Diane!
I bet it tastes really good smoked too! This was very good and my new way of making it from now on. Youโre very welcome Kellye! ๐
Nothing like a slow-cooking brisket. That smell starts slow, builds appropriately, and is a perfect accompaniment when finally going to retrieve it for eating. I love it any time of year, but especially in the Fall and Winter months.
Thank you the house smelled wonderful. In the past, when I prepared it, it was time consuming yet delicious. It took constant attention where as this recipe was so easy, delicious and turned out perfect.
I love brisket so this recipe is a keeper. I just wish they weren’t so expensive to buy.
We buy a side of beef from our friend and I get everything, heart, tongue, tail and liver. The price of beef in the store is ridiculous! Thank youโฃ๏ธ
Thank you for reblogging๐

Beef is my favourite meat and I love it in all forms – but a slow cooked brisket is one of my favourite ways of preparing beef. Sounds very delicious!
It was the easiest and best tasting brisket I have made so far. Then the BBQ sandwiches was the icing on the cake! Thank you Abโฃ๏ธ
Sadly that wasn’t me, Diane but I do cook my brisket in my slow it’s delicious and always some leftovers to shred..I do pork hip or shoulder the same way too ๐
I did a screen shot of their recipe and didnโt get the website in. Even though I changed the recipe I want to give them credit. Thank you Carol, hopefully they see my post. Have a great day Carol! ๐
You too, Diane x
10 hours waiting time but well worth the wait! Eat up!
Oh yes it was worth every hour. Thank you!๐
Ah! English Hereford beef how I miss it.Here in Europe cant graze sheep or beef cattle and Angus not heard of over here.Winters too hard for cattle .Angus wold survive but again how to get cattle over here .I have the land for two breeders and skill to care for them as born on farm left aged 21 to serve in army . Then degree took me into law . So if it was even possible Id ship Black Angus here. Maybe, Herdwick sheep too
That would be amazing if you could get cattle there and raise them for food. Iโm sure it would be quite expensive to ship cattle.
Excellent recipe I don’t eat beef can I make it with mutton! ๐๐
Thank you and what an interesting idea using mutton! ๐

Haha You are so funny! ๐
Love a goood brisket
I get one every year with the side of beef we buy so it is a treat once a year. Lol
My mouth is watering. This looks SO GOOD,
I’ve never tried brisket in the slow cooker, but it sounds like the perfect way to do it because the brisket shouldn’t dry out. I’m definitely giving this a go!
Youโre right it wasnโt dry at all. Let me now how you like it and thank you! ๐ฅฐ
I must expand my horizons with the crockpot – this looks very good!
Thank you Linda I hope you do too.
Oh, goodness, Diane. So delicious, I’m sure! ๐

Thank you Mitzy, it is the only way I will fix it from now on.
Slow cooked food – love it! And yes, when you can use it for two different meals, it’s a bonus. Your brisket looks absolutely delicious!!
