What a hearty meal – so easy to make and certainly delicious! I like the idea of the papertowel in the zucchini to drain the excess fluids (note to myself: remember to take papertowel out before filling the zucchini) ☺️.

I make what I call “Zu-Canoes” that have a similar idea but just with tomatoes and cheese bits. But, now I’m drooling at the thought of melted cheese and beef together. Definitely trying this! Thanks for another great idea.
