Love how easy this is! We can make this in the camper!! Thank you!!
Absolutely, you could even skip the crust and put the pudding inside glasses but that would probably take up more room. I remember my camper had a smaller refrigerator.
The kids are coming for dinner tonight, this is perfect for dessert. I have all these ingredients, Yay!
Lucky kids, enjoy!!!!
I actually didn’t have any chocolate pudding so used lemon, it was soooo good!
You’re brilliant Carla!
Now they want me to try butterscotch for Easter. So easy and everyone loves it. Thanks Diane.
A new flavor every week! ❤️
I’ve found healthier varieties of cool whip, too, in regular grocery stores, for those that don’t like cool whip. Could you just use whipping cream whipped with a little sweetener, too?
I’m not sure it would hold up but definitely worth a try Katelon. Let me know how it turns out if you try.
Oh….a pecan crust would be great, too.
You could even skip the crust and put the filling in cups. This is such a versatile recipe.
Nice!
Yum, yum, Diane! 🙂

Oh yes chocolate fixes all emotions! Lol
I think I could handle this Diane. It looks good – a chocolaholics delight.
You sure could Linda. You could even skip the pie crust and put the filling in serving size bowls for the refrigerator to grab each day. Thanks❤️
My kind of dessert prep Diane!
The moment I saw your second photo with the dollop of cream on top, I was ready to see what’s in our kitchen cupboards to make this chocolate pudding pie (a pudding pie … it just sounds amazing)!
