These look great! T is sitting next to me on the couch right now watching a movie and munching on an Oreo. 🙂 I will show him this and ask him if he wants to make it – along with the peanut brittle – next week.

Thanks, Diane. I do my best. 😊 Not perfect, far from it, but I give it my best.
T’s Grammy put out store-bought peanut butter balls for dessert last night and I thought about your butterball recipe!

Very fancy with the white chocolate drizzle Diane. Which cookies do you and the grandkids leave out for Santa?

I know right! I didn’t think I would like them because I love Oreo’s so much, you don’t mess with them. I am so glad I did try them and the more you eat them the more you want. Lol

They surely have a stylish look! I can just imagine licking my fingers while coating them in the melted chocolate 😉.

If I lick my finger I actually wash them. I took a cake decorating class decades ago and the instructor kept putting the frosting tip in her mouth to clean it off. It grossed me out so I was determined that I would NEVER do anything like that. 🤣

Oreo cookies are my favorite! I think they use dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate. And now they have all kinds of different flavors. Hope you are feeling okay. I know having a chronic disease can be difficult to manage during the holidays.

Thank you I am a sucker for milk chocolate but any kind can be used. Yes I agree about having a chronic disease is so difficult, any time. I think that is why I am so afraid of getting this darn virus. My grandkids don’t understand why I am staying away from them, it breaks my heart.

Diane – Hang in there. Hopefully, this horrible virus will be a thing of the past (at least that is what we all hope for). Because of my chronic disease and my daughter’s asthma, we are very careful. I had a relative pass away due to COVID. We will have plenty of time to catch up with everyone when it is safe. Happy New Year!

I am so sorry to hear that you lost a relative. You are right, it doesn’t matter what day we celebrate as long as we do. I have asthma and other issues so I know exactly how you feel. Thank you for you words of encouragement.
