  1. These look great! T is sitting next to me on the couch right now watching a movie and munching on an Oreo. 🙂 I will show him this and ask him if he wants to make it – along with the peanut brittle – next week.

  2. Oreo cookies are my favorite! I think they use dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate. And now they have all kinds of different flavors. Hope you are feeling okay. I know having a chronic disease can be difficult to manage during the holidays.

    • Thank you I am a sucker for milk chocolate but any kind can be used. Yes I agree about having a chronic disease is so difficult, any time. I think that is why I am so afraid of getting this darn virus. My grandkids don’t understand why I am staying away from them, it breaks my heart.

      • Diane – Hang in there. Hopefully, this horrible virus will be a thing of the past (at least that is what we all hope for). Because of my chronic disease and my daughter’s asthma, we are very careful. I had a relative pass away due to COVID. We will have plenty of time to catch up with everyone when it is safe. Happy New Year!

      • I am so sorry to hear that you lost a relative. You are right, it doesn’t matter what day we celebrate as long as we do. I have asthma and other issues so I know exactly how you feel. Thank you for you words of encouragement.
