Microwave Peanut Brittle

This is the easiest Microwave Peanut Brittle you will ever make! There is no candy thermometer needed for this delicious Peanut Brittle. I have been making it this way since 1997 and I still can’t believe how easy it is. I found this recipe in a magazine all those years ago so I decided to google it to see who was the creator of this wonderful recipe and it is actually a Kraft recipe!

  2. Nice, simple and good, how about adding dried apples and dried berries in place of peanuts ? How would that taste, children may eat it with love, which they otherwise don’t ? I have not tried, I don’t have raw materials!


      • 🙂 Surely, I am not asking to change for sure! Keep up the wonderful tastes ! All I was saying you may try new things as well – That is completely ok ! I shall try the dried apple and dried berries puddings, when I red the raw materials and shall share the recipe on my recipe blogs ! Take Care!
