Maple Cream Spread

Maple Cream is pure maple syrup that has been transformed into a thick and creamy spread with a maple flavor like no other. It is a process of heat and elbow grease that turns the syrup into this amazing Maple Cream that can be spread onto toast, bagels, biscuits, peanut butter sandwich, waffles etc. Not only is the taste amazing but it will last for at least two months in the refrigerator.

This looks awesome Diane
It was such a fun process to make and tasted amazing. Thank you Sheree!
Delicious indeed! I have fond memories of making maple cream at my neighbor’s sugar house at the end of a boiling evening!
Oh wow that must have been so much fun!

It sure was Paul. My husband loves maple syrup so I knew he would love this. Thank you!
Yummmm!!
It was a fun process changing maple syrup to this just by cooking and stirring. Thanks!
That sounds delicious!
It really was and so many ways to use it. Thank you Tierney!
We were just gifted a giant bottle of maple syrup by the hubby’s mom so will have to try it. What a fab recipe!
I had to laugh at you and your husband having to tag team the stirring. I can imagine how exhausting it must be to do the 30 minutes on your own!
Lucky you!!!! Oh yes make sure your hubby is home when you make this! Your hand will need the break. We ended up doing it in 5 minute increments toward the end.
Wow that’s so cool that maple syrup can do that!
It was so much fun watching it transform to the cream not to mention delicious!
Yum!
Thanks!
I love maple cream! We live very close to a maple syrup farm and they make it and I buy it! Lol!
Thanks for showing how to make it!
Happy Tuesday!
PS… dip sweet potato fries in it! Yum!
