Baked Puff Pastry Reuben Roll Up
Reubens are one of my favorite sandwiches. What a unique way to make them using Puff Pastry, another favorite of mine. There is corned beef, sauerkraut, baby Swiss Cheese, caraway seed and Thousand Island Dressing all rolled up inside a delicious Puff Pastry, can it get any better?

There is nothing on the planet better than a Reuben! Having a belated birthday celebration at the end of the month and there WILL be Reubens! 😀 😀
Looking forward to trying this version.Puff pastry makes everything better! 🙂
I am so glad I am not alone. I will be posting more in the next few days. Make sure you check out the reuben casserole!
It’s a pasty. 😉
Hahaha a pasty?
We can create so many wonderful dishes with the little box of puff pastry!
Isn’t it the best stuff!!!!
Always in my freezer!
What a great idea!
Thanks Sheree!
Oh my goodness. Your description literally made me drool and I read it to my daughter and she actually told me to stop as she’s too hungry. 🤣🤣🤣
Hahahaha Thank you Ally!
A good St. Pat’s treat.
Yes I will be posting some more too. Thanks!
Boy! Why aren’t you my neighbor, Diane! LOL!
I wish we were!!!
Diane…… what’s your address I’m coming over for dinner. I’ll take 4. 😊👍
Haha 4 pieces or 4 rolls? 🤣
All the above!
❤️
This looks good and I can’t imagine all that goodness inside puff pastry – what a good idea for St. Paddy’s Day!
Thank you Linda!
Oddly, I don’t think of Reuben sandwiches as something I like, but when I take a bite of one, it wows me! I’m going to pass this on to my husband to make (for both of us); they are a favorite for him.
I will be posting more with corned beef in the next few days.
That looks amazing and how creatively presented!
Thank you so much!!!!
Forgot the mention to you, my grandson asked me to make chicken Alfredo for him.
I had never made chicken Alfredo so Monday I made it in advance before he comes over for dinner next Sunday.
Turned out very good. I use whole milk, heavy cream and chicken broth and parmesan cheese.
I searched the Internet and reviewed 3 recipes. I settled on the one that didn’t use flour. My husband found thin Fettuccine noodles at our local grocery. We don’t like the thick Fettuccine noodles.
The only thing I did different from the recipe is that I boiled the noodles for 3 minutes, drained them and added them to the sauce and chicken.
The recipe stated to add uncooked noodles to the sauce. I don’t like doing it that way because it adds too much starch to the food.
Oh my that sounds wonderful Georgetta! Adding the noodles to the sauce does make it starchy. I love that you broiled it too. Have a great weekend!

Thank you. My scale is going into orbit!!
Lol Thank you!
Oh My! Looks scrumptious! Thanks for sharing!
You’re very welcome!
