Air Fryer Cauliflower
Air Fryer Cauliflower is something I did not expect to love because vegetables are not my favorite thing. However, this was the best tasting cauliflower I have ever eaten. I tossed it in a little olive oil and seasonings then I air fried it. We dipped it in my Homemade Sriracha Dip made with my homemade mayonnaise for a little kick. Either way you eat it, plain or dipped, you will love this one! I dedicate this recipe to all of the vegetarians that keep asking me for vegetarian recipes. I know my vegetable recipes are few and far between, so Merry Christmas…lol
Ingredients
Place the cut up cauliflower into a large bowl.
Add the olive oil and toss for about two minutes
so that the oil coats all of the cauliflower.
Add the salt, pepper and paprika.
Toss for another couple minutes so that
the seasonings evenly coat the cauliflower.
Place the prepared cauliflower into the air fryer basket
and fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir and fry another
5 minutes. Stir and fry one last time for 2-5 minutes depending
on the thickness of your pieces, mine took a total of 20 minutes.
While my cauliflower was frying I made my Homemade Mayonnaise.
Then I used the mayonnaise to make my Homemade Sriracha Dip.
Serve your Air Fryer Cauliflower with or without a dip.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, rinsed & cut into equal bite sized pieces
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
- Place the cauliflower into a large bowl. Add the olive oil and toss well with a large spoon for about two minutes.
- Add the salt, pepper and paprika then toss well for another two minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Stir and continue to air fry for 5 more minutes.
- Stir and continue to air fry one more time for 2-5 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces. The Cauliflower should be starting to get a light brown and cooked through, not crunchy.
- Serve as is or with a dipping sauce. I used a mayonnaise and Sriracha dipping sauce that I made from scratch.

I love this idea. It looks like the perfect snack. It is so easy and simple even I can do this.
Oh you definitely can do this! I could eat the entire head for lunch. Thanks!
Roasted cauliflower is one of my favourite veggie sides and this looks delicious! Love the spicy Mayo dip too. Kraft had a Scirachamayo dip that we like to go with French fries but your homemade dip looks good!
That’s funny because that dip is what my daughter uses too. But you know me, homemade is always better…lol Thanks!
Yum
Thanks!
Hey Diane!
Hi!!! So nice to hear from you!
I had to come back and check up on my people! Especially my favorite food people 😁
Fantastic!! Yummy 🤩
Thanks!
delicious!
It was thanks!
Simple, quick and easy. That fact that is vegetables is just another plus.
Right and it shocked me that a vegetable could taste this good! lol
Said my piece on Instagram. Love cauliflower.
Thanks Barb!
My mom is getting an air fryer for Christmas so I’m saving this recipe for her. It looks so good!
It was simple and tasted amazing. I don’t ever eat cauliflower until now! Thanks Michelle!
I don’t like cauliflower either and discovered that air frying was a game changer! I use avocado or coconut oil and my dry rubs. I love it! Great recipe!! 💕
Isn’t it crazy how delicious this turns out? I am still shocked. My daughter makes this and told me to try it so I came up with my own recipe and I will definitely be making it again! Thanks so much!
Reblogged this on Recipe Goals.
Thank you so much!
Thanks for sharing my recipe!!!
Wow amazing , looks so good and definitely want to try this!
OMG Nisha I loved them so much that I had my husband pick up two more heads of cauliflower for my grandson and me. Thank you!
Good for you munchies! I think I could go for that!
Yes and healthy….imagine that! Lol
That looks tasty – much more fun than eating raw cauliflower (even if you have a nice dip to dip it in).
I know what you’re saying Linda. I never cared for it but my goodness was this good! So much so that I had my hubby get two more heads this week so I can make more. Thanks!
Oh that’s funny Diane. Sounds like it is a keeper recipe then. I thought you’d like cauliflower since you like broccoli florets. I don’t like the consistency of raw cauliflower. My mom made it and put cheese sauce over top of it, but we didn’t have it too much.
I love cauliflower I dont have an air fryer though. Could I just bake them? I bake my buffalo cauliflower “wings” but I was wondering if the taste is a lot different?
I think it would taste the same but it may take longer to cook is all. If you try them let me know how they turned out. I bought 2 more heads to make in the upcoming days as my 6 year old grandson insisted I make them again…..go figure!
Thank you for this one. Count me in for more vegetarian recipes 🙂
You’re welcome I’m trying! Lol
Yum! I will be trying this one for sure!
I am making 3 small heads in about half an hour. I am definitely hooked. I hope you like it as much as we do Amanda.
Diane I have been going back and forth on whether to get an air fryer or not. This may be the recipe that tips the scale. Thanks!
I just made this again today for our lunch. My husband has always hated cauliflower until I made this! I really love using the air fryer. I use the Ninja Foodi because it’s not only an air fryer but also slow cooks, dehydrates, bakes, pressure cooks and more. Mine is an 8 qt. and it holds an entire chicken. I love it!
Cauliflower used to be my least favorite vegetable, and now I can’t believe how many things are made with it that I love.
I’m like you, I was never crazy about cauliflower, but this recipe and sauce tasted amazing!
I got an air fryer for Christmas, so I’ll be checking out this recipe as well as the rest of your air fryer recipes. Merry Christmas!
Lucky Lady! There hasn’t been one thing I haven’t loved cooked in my air fryer. Use a thermometer always and when the item gets close to temperature keep checking every 1-2 minutes as it cooks fast. I think my favorite thing is wings. Have fun!
Well, I’m not taking my air fryer to Florida, but I will try this when I get home.
Have a safe and fun time in Florida, wish I was going with you. ❤️
I am so looking forward to sunshine! It has been so grey and dismal at home. 🌞
Sounds and looks very good!
Thank you Janet, one of my few healthy recipes! Lol
Air Fryer Cauliflower a simple yet healthy recipe. I need to try this, as I have very few cauliflower recipes.
Enjoy this recipe turned out delicious. 💕
That does look good. Love the holiday plate. You even home make your mayo. Impressive. But then again, of course you do! 🙂
Hahaha Mayo is so easy to make, I even talked my husband into making it! Thank you 💕
That’s neat. I’ll have to look at that recipe.
