Copycat Cheeseburger Macaroni Hamburger Helper
A delicious one skillet meal made on top of the stove that doesn’t come from a box! Ground beef, onion, seasonings, macaroni and cheese that makes a wonderful meal that is ready in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
In a large skillet over medium heat
cook the ground beef and onion.
When the onion is tender and no pink
remains in the ground beef, remove
the excess grease and discard.
Add the water and milk and bring to a boil.
Add the macaroni, paprika, cornstarch,
garlic powder, salt and sugar.
Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover
and cook until the macaroni is tender
and the liquid is almost gone.
Add the cheese and stir until
it melts and is mixed in.
Place into a serving dish.
Top with more cheese.
Garnish with paprika and
parsley then serve.

- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for the top

Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef and onion until the onion is tender and no pink remains in the ground beef. Remove the grease and discard.
- Add water and milk then bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni, paprika, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and sugar.
- Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until the macaroni is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Add 1 cup of cheese and stir until it melts and is mixed in.
- Place into a large serving dish. Evenly top with 1/4 cup cheese.
- Garnish with paprika and parsley if you wish.

I wish I could get that much on Pinterest! I don’t spend any effort on anything but my blog. All I do is post my blog recipe and I don’t monetize Pinterest either. Sorry can’t help there.

So sorry I don’t know much about Pinterest. I didn’t even know you could monetize Pinterest. I just have a widget that sends my WP post to Pinterest. Social media is not something I focus on.

I am sure your recipe taste better than any boxed hamburger helper! Funny when I was a kid Hamburger Helper meals were one of my favorites – ha!
