Crisp skin seasoned with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper then baked in the Air Fryer. Topped off with butter, sour cream, bacon and green onions made this the best baked potato I have ever made.

  1. I have heard of air fryers, but have no experience with them? Have you posted about them before Diane? If you, could you provide a link? As my mom is on a low-fat diet now, would this be a solution for her if she is craving french fries?

  2. Mmmm – loooks good – we have made French fried potatoes this month in our Cosori air fryer – (just gifted a ninja air fryer to my son and his fiancé) and they are Crunchy and delicious – and your baked potatoes look amazing
    – is there a reason you chose the Gowise USA brand? Just curious

  3. I’ve been debating getting an air fryer for over a year…don’t want to add another appliance that I hardly use to my collection. Do you use it much, Diane?

    • Honestly no. My husband wanted it for Christmas last year so I have left it alone until now because it is his gadget. However, besides the baked potato we have only made French fries and wings in it. But I have to say all three were fabulous! I need to try other things in it too. It is big and I can do the same thing in the oven (I rarely fry in oil) but it does taste better from the air fryer and only uses 1 Tbsp. oil.
