Aw it was really nice getting to know more about you Diane! I used to work in a bakery as well, when I was in grad school. I think it’s always such great experience to have when you can work directly with customers. Congrats on the guest post!

I had to constantly battle with myself not to eat the cakes, cookies and the lovely treats around me! Thank goodness I was always on my feet so I got my steps in! 😆

Aw thanks Hunida! That was only a small part of what I did. I also worked for a gas company for 20 years. I worked outside with the guys….a whole other story! hahaha

awesome! What do you do with dehydrated jalapeno powder?

When a recipe calls for jalapenos, I just add the powder to get the heat and flavor instead of the pieces. You should smell the house while it’s dehydrating…hahahaha I grind it in the coffee grinder. Thanks for your comment!
