Some years back I did not eat broccoli at all and now I’m eating it at least once per week 😉 Very good! Great soup!
Years ago I lost 72# by eating a bunch for lunch everyday. My family hated me because of the smell in the house when it cooked. The nurses at my doctors office said they wanted my blood because it was so healthy! I swear it is a miracle vegetable…lol
For sure! Yes, doesn’t have the perfect smell but is really very good 😉
I big favourite of mine, only second to watercress!
Oh my I never had watercress! Not even sure I can buy it at our local grocery store. I would definitely like to try it!
Looks great! and I loved the video – a new skill?
Hahaha thank you Joni. My first one. For Christmas I want a stand that will hold my iPad. As you can see trying to record, find the spoon and stir didn’t make for a great video!
How many will this serve?
We made a meal out of it and had 2 large bowls. You would get 4 normal size bowls from it.
I’ll definitely try this when the weather gets cooler!
I love this soup!
Me too Valerie and this was so easy and good!
I’d of never thought of making things like these at home. Thank you for sharing.
This is so simple and delicious, give it a try. You’re welcome!
Wonderful soup! It looks so yummy & creamy, and I would like to try by adding vegetable stock instead of chicken bouillon.
As wonderful of a cook you are, I’m sure you will make it taste great! Thanks Megala!

Me too! They are so easy to make, make the house smell great and like you said…a meal!
I like cream of broccoli soup – broccoli is good for you, lots of calcium in it – surprising about that, but it is so.
It is so healthy! I used to eat it for lunch every day and my bloodwork was amazing!
Good to know!
Uuuhh, this looks so delicious!
Thank you so much!

Oh yes definitely my favorite way to eat my veggies! Thank you!
Going to have to make this 🙂
It was really good Aspasia, enjoy!
my two favorite soups are cream of broccoli and pea soup. I mean three, home made chicken and noodle soup too.
I don’t think there is a soup I don’t like. My mom made split pea soup when I was a kid. I completely forgot about it. Thank you Mike.
