Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
Balsamic Vinegar is one of my favorite flavors. Using this delicious Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette on a salad is better than any store bought salad dressing, it costs just pennies and only takes a couple minutes to prepare. It can also be used as a marinade.

This is something I need to experiment more with. It’s such a powerful flavor. I have narrowed it down to my favorite being from Trader Joes…of course might be because I like the bottle!

Sounds yum and I can make it gluten free without too much difficulty. I would make it though. My husband dislikes balsamic and mustard. Sad kitchen. 😦

There are some things my husband doesn’t like and the same with me. I still make the things he loves and the ones I love separately. But I agree, how can you not like balsamic vinegar and mustard! hahahaha

It is a timeless kind of dressing – I was on a red raspberry vinaigrette kick for a while a few years ago which I used to mix with coleslaw (the bagged/chunky variety).
