They would be perfect for a potluck! Thank you Amanda!
I tend to forget about the big flavor boost that can come from red wine vinegar. Must replenish supply! Thanks for the reminder!!! ;->

Try the marinade as a salad dressing….delicious!
I love tomatoes ❤️
Me too if they are garden tomatoes. I can’t handle hot house tomatoes. I can eat a plate of tomatoes, diced with salt as a meal!
Haha yes 👍🙈💖👌
What a great idea and presents so beautifully!
Thank you so much Bernice!
Mmm! Looks like the perfect dressing to have with these. Great idea!
Thank you it was very addicting!
What a good idea! My husband is growing cherry tomatoes in the back yard and that would be a great way to serve them!
Valerie you can slice them in half, marinade for about an hour and eat them right away too. The vinegar dressing is amazing on a salad as well! Thank you!
Great idea!!!He’ll love it!
That looks delicious!
These are my favorite way to eat tomatoes. If I don’t have cherry tomatoes I will cut regular tomatoes into chunks and let them sit about an hour and eat ….so good! Thank you!
Thanks for this recipe. I have a pint of tomatoes and will make this tonight.
Your welcome! I made a meal out of mine!
Looks delicious!
Thank you Terese!
Wonder when you’ll get them from the garden with this chilly weather?
This is the first time in 28 years we didn’t plant cherry tomatoes. With just the two of us we can never eat them all because we plant so many Big Boy tomatoes. With that being said, our veggie plants look amazing. My husband built raised beds so the rain hasn’t been too bad on them.
Yes, the cherry tomatoes grow like gangbusters. My neighbor put them in pots on her deck and shared the bounty once they got going. My father planted tomato plants years ago and the squirrels and birds got them and took one bite and left them, so he said “never again” – the raised beds are a Godsend this year with all the rain – we had an entire day of rain yesterday!
Interesting.
Thank you! This is my favorite recipe for cherry tomatoes.
The best and great for Summer food add ons! Cheers!!
Thanks so much!
You are welcome Diane! For a moment, a while back, I thought your blog was titled as an India kitchen. Moving too fast, I missed Dian(es). I’m weird or dyslexic to think: Indian es kutchen. Forgive me my crazy oversight.
You’re not alone! I had somebody ask me where the Indian recipes are…lol It’s been fun though because I have a lot of Indian followers that are so nice and have wonderful blogs!
