Easy Skillet Chicken With Stuffing in a delicious sauce is what made this so good that my 4 year old grandson ate every bite then proceeded to tell me I was a great chef! I couldn’t help but laugh but of course I told him thank you. This was a huge hit with my husband too and he informed me he wants it again. There were no leftovers with this meal!

  1. Hey Diane, you’re as talented in the kitchen as you say I am with my painting. The big difference is your work is not only beautiful it can be eaten 😊

  2. This looks delicious Diane and I think you should get one of those chef’s toques to wear in the kitchen – your grandson will get a kick out of it. Just get a disposable one. 🙂

      • I am sure you could get one somewhere – most likely on Amazon. A fellow blogger’s grandson is studying in NC at the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University. So he just finished his first year of college. He wants to be a pastry chef. They asked him to be on a cooking show (Iron Chef) and each of the students had a paper toque. Nathaniel collects hats for a hobby and this was his first competition and someone at the hotel took it (mostly likely the cleaning staff). Anyway, your grandson would get a kick out of – isn’t he the one who tells everyone about your blog?
