Rinse the dirt off of the mushrooms

and pat dry with a paper towel.

Leave them whole if they are a

normal size mushroom. Mine were

gigantic making it necessary to cut them.

Melt the butter in a medium bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients

except for the mushrooms.

Stir ingredients together.

Add the mushrooms and toss them in the

butter mixture coating them completely.

Spray a cooking sheet with cooking oil.

Pour the mushrooms onto

the pan in a single layer.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for

10 minutes. Turn the mushrooms over

and bake another 3-5 minutes or until

the mushrooms start to turn brown.

Serve immediately.

  1. Oh my! My husband would LOVE this. He loves mushrooms (though I donโ€™t). Thank you for sharing this. Iโ€™ll be making it for him. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  2. Good recipe i will use that tonight but even better I have powder garlic that is powerful stuff and made from garlic in kitchen gardens last summer.Should do a treat. Been barrowing 300 year old bricks some 500 for two sets of gate posts. Sun up tomorrow brick laying all day. Cant wait to have balls on top and gates to open in garden rooms.

  3. I love that I come back from my long trip to Kentucky to find this delicious recipe! The only thing isโ€ฆ. I don’t like mushrooms! But this might be a delicious technique, you know? I could use the butter idea and instead of using mushrooms I could use other foods that I would prefer ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you for the recipe Diane!
