Tender Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Tender Slow Cooker Pork Chops that I cut with a fork. You can make these in a few minutes, put them into the slow cooker for four hours and forget about them. The aroma in the house while these cooked was amazing and the taste was even better!

More and more you convince me a slow cooker is the way to go.

Oh definitely! Throw it together, do your work, take your walk and supper is waiting for you! I even have a small one that will make 3 cabbage rolls. My husband uses that one a lot when I am with my clients.

Ah, that sounds perfect! Cabbage rolls does too – it’s been ages since I had them. My mom used to make them all the time.

You seriously need to get back into cooking more. I love all your memories of your moms cooking!

I don’t know if I could share pictures though – I was telling Joan who follows you (the homeplaceweb) about my mom making “fish eyes and glue” – we were talking about pudding. She had never heard of that name for tapioca, nor had tapioca. It was the big pearls/beads – they were huge, and glassy like eyes. So I bought some tapioca pudding mix one day a few years ago, thought I’d try making it – what could go wrong … my spoon was sticking straight up in the pot, that’s what! Here is the post to read sometime and you will crack up about the lady in the grocery store … https://lindaschaubblog.net/2015/12/19/forget-figgy-pudding-i-was-craving-fish-eyes-and-glue/

I probably should start hitting the slow cooker more. I’ve been leaning pretty heavily on the broiler because it’s so quick. Time to change it up. And we love pork!

Not only does it make great tasting food but I love that my meal is done when I get ready to eat. No extra fuss just plate it and eat!
