Rosemary & Thyme Shrimp Skewers
It is so simple to make these Rosemary & Thyme Shrimp Skewers. Shrimp is the easiest food to cook and it is very low in calories. These can be grilled, broiled or cooked in a pan as I did. We grow some of our own herbs and I used our dehydrated herbs with this recipe. They are very flavorful and if you want to cut back on the herbs or use your own favorite herbs, you certainly can. You also can use fresh herbs instead of dried. These shrimp are marinated in an olive oil and herb mixture before I cooked them.

Those look so delicious. I wonder if this will be the recipe that gets me to actually like shrimp. I’ll give it a try. 🙂
Thank you! You won’t believe how simple this is and they cook in 6 minutes!! Let me know what you think.
Look delicious 😍
I love how easy shrimp are to cook too! I try to always pick some up when they go on sale 🙂 I haven’t tried them this way but definitely will, thanks as always for such great ideas!!
They are aren’t they. I do the same thing, buy them on sale and freeze them. When I first started cooking I use to buy them cooked. Then one day I accidently bought raw shrimp. What a wonderful mistake that was! There is no comparison eating shrimp that has been cooked and frozen compared to raw and then cooked.
The herbs must give a nice flavor to the shrimp!
Oh yes they sure did! Thanks!
I am always looking for a different way to cook shrimp and this looks easy. I have pinned the original recipe.
I like a lot of herbs so add the amount you would like. This is as easy as it gets to make and so good! Enjoy!
