Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
What a smooth, creamy and delicious homemade Hershey Chocolate Syrup this is and the recipe is from a Hershey Cookbook I bought years ago. This is a thick syrup and it is very good. We put it on ice cream but I will be putting it in my coffee too! Use it just like any chocolate syrup!

I do put the Hershey’s syrup from the store in my coffee occasionally – I want an ice cream sundae now (with peanuts on top of it).
Linda this was so good in my coffee! Kids and I had a bowl of chocolate chip ice cream but no peanuts….ugh!
I may just go take my Hershey’s squirt bottle and put it in some warm milk and make a quickie hot chocolate – brrr, feels cold in here now. Did you ever go to Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor Diane? My friends and I used to go every Friday night while in high school – my favorite dessert was the ice cream, hot fudge and peanuts layered in a tall tulip glass … I think it was called a “Matinee Idol”.
No I haven’t but hot fudge sundae’s with whipped cream and peanuts are my favorite way to eat ice cream!
