Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
What a great combination of flavors in these Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. I love this recipe because the cookies are so delicious. They are easy to make and don’t take very long to make. Oatmeal Cookies are one of my favorite Christmas Cookies that I make every year.
Ingredients
In a small bowl whisk together the flour, baking
powder, baking soda and salt and set aside.
In a large bowl add the eggs,
brown sugar, butter, water and vanilla.
Beat with a mixer on low speed until all
of the ingredients are combined and fluffy.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients
with a large spoon.
Stir until the dry ingredients
are completely mixed in.
Add the oats and chocolate chips.
Mix well with a large spoon.
Drop cookie dough by a heaping tablespoon
or an ice cream scoop (like I do) onto an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated
375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
if Tablespoon size and 15-18 minutes
for ice cream scoop size.
Remove from the cookie sheet and
cool on a sheet of parchment paper or foil.
Cool and serve. These also freeze well.

Well, its not exactly a store. It was more of a home store kind of thing in my neighbourhood.
