Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

There isn’t an easier cookie to make than a delicious No Bake Cookie. I have made regular No Bake Cookies for years and these Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies are just as amazing. If you love peanut butter, you seriously have to try these.

Ingredients for Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies.

Spread a long sheet of waxed

paper out on the counter.

In a medium saucepan over

medium heat, melt the butter.

Add the sugar then the milk.

Stir to combine.

Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.

When you cannot stir the bubbles away,

set the timer for 1 minute and

continue to stir and cook for the minute.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir

in the peanut butter, vanilla and mix well

making sure all of the peanut butter is mixed in.

Add the oats and stir until completely combined.

Using a spoon, drop by tablespoons

onto the waxed paper.

I use an ice cream scoop for mine.

Let cookies set at room temperature

then store in an airtight container.

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 3 cups “quick” oats (not instant)

Directions

  1. Place a long sheet of waxed paper on the counter.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the sugar and then the milk.
  4. Cook and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil until you cannot stir the bubbles away. Set the timer for 1 minute and continue to stir and cook for the full minute.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla. Add the oats stirring until everything is combined.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto the waxed paper. I use an ice cream scoop.
  7. Let cookies sit until they are set. This may take a few hours. Do not refrigerate.
  8. Store in an airtight container.

  2. I’ve made the chocolate peanut butter cookies like these for years from memory as my husband loves them BUT I did not realize that I should have been putting vanilla in them! Okay next time 🙂

  3. I have made the chocolate no bake cookies for years, but I add coconut to them. Not sure about the colour of the peanut butter ones though. I do think the grandkids will like them, so will give them a try the next time they’re going to be here.

    • Great I’m glad you liked them. Frost…oh no! We are having an exceptionally warm fall. It was a high 85 today but in a few days we will have the high in the upper 50’s what it should be.
