Ingredients for Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies.
Spread a long sheet of waxed
paper out on the counter.
In a medium saucepan over
medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the sugar then the milk.
Stir to combine.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
When you cannot stir the bubbles away,
set the timer for 1 minute and
continue to stir and cook for the minute.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir
in the peanut butter, vanilla and mix well
making sure all of the peanut butter is mixed in.
Add the oats and stir until completely combined.
Using a spoon, drop by tablespoons
onto the waxed paper.
I use an ice cream scoop for mine.
Let cookies set at room temperature
then store in an airtight container.

I have made the chocolate no bake cookies for years, but I add coconut to them. Not sure about the colour of the peanut butter ones though. I do think the grandkids will like them, so will give them a try the next time they’re going to be here.
The color is the same as the peanut butter color. The taste is amazing and they didn’t dry out even after the 3rd day. I bet the grandkids will love them.
