Delicious Spinach or Swiss Chard cooked with bacon and drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar turned to be a great meal for me (or a great side dish). This recipe didn’t take long at all to make and it is my new favorite way to eat Spinach or Swiss Chard.

  1. Rinse the spinach or Swiss Chard. Pat dry with a paper towel.

  5. Add the bacon and toss.
  6. Place on a plate and drizzle the Balsamic Vinegar over top then serve.
