Imitation Crab Salad
Imitation Crab Salad is one of my absolute favorite lunches. Real crab can be used too but it is much more expensive. This can be prepared in a few minutes and has only five ingredients.
Ingredients
Place the Imitation Crab in a small bowl. Add the diced celery, salt and pepper.
Add the mayonnaise.
Stir until everything is coated with mayonnaise and serve.

Thank you!
wonderful presentation, looks delicious!
Merci ! it looks like a spring salad. amitiés 🙂
Haha thanks!
Yum. This place is similar to one I make fr special occasions, adding big prawns and a bit of horseradish cream with the mayo. We call the artificial crab, seafood extender, in Australia. It adds bulk and a lovely sweetness to a seafood salad.
Oh yum that sounds delicious too!
It’s also my favorite! I like to chop it finely with black olives and green onions along with mayo. I eat it on bread, crackers, cucumber slices or just with a spoon. My family loves it in my famous pasta salad. We eat a lot of imitation crab!
It’s crazy because I don’t like fish and this is made from fish! So good!
My loves this stuff, I’m gonna try my hand at making it and see what happens lol
So simple you can’t mess it up Cory! Let it sit in the refrigerator a bit if you have the will power and it’s even better!
Yum
Thanks a definite favorite of mine!
