Imitation Crab Salad is one of my absolute favorite lunches. Real crab can be used too but it is much more expensive. This can be prepared in a few minutes and has only five ingredients.

  1. Yum. This place is similar to one I make fr special occasions, adding big prawns and a bit of horseradish cream with the mayo. We call the artificial crab, seafood extender, in Australia. It adds bulk and a lovely sweetness to a seafood salad.

  2. It’s also my favorite! I like to chop it finely with black olives and green onions along with mayo. I eat it on bread, crackers, cucumber slices or just with a spoon. My family loves it in my famous pasta salad. We eat a lot of imitation crab!
