This Fried Corn was a nice change from eating corn with just butter like we usually do. This is not sweet corn season and I didn’t have any frozen corn so I used corn from a can. I can hear everyone gasping as I typed that! But seriously, even using the canned corn, this was delicious and a nice change from how we usually eat corn. This recipe is another keeper!

  1. Mom used to take this one step further and fry up some corn fritters. They were such a pop item in New England BITD you’d see cartoons about using popcorn in the recipe for self-flipping fritters.
