Tater Tot Hotdish
Do you love casserole recipes? I know I do. This was so easy to put together and it was very good too!!! It’s a one dish meal!
Source: http://www.meladycooks.com.
Ingredients
Spray a large lasagna type
pan with cooking spray.
Crumble ground beef evenly onto the bottom.
Sprinkle chopped onion over the top
of the ground beef. If you have a
picky eater that doesn’t like onion,
just don’t put it on a small section.
You can mark that spot by placing
the tater tots differently or just stick a
wooden toothpick upright in that section.
Spread the vegetables on top
of the hamburger mixture.
In a small bowl mix the soups together.
Spread the soup mixture
over the vegetables.
Place the tater tots on top in one layer.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven
for 80 – 90 minutes or until tater
tots are a dark brown.
Place into serving bowls and serve.

It’s funny because I never buy them. Don’t get me wrong I think they are great but I just don’t buy them. When I tried this recipe I wasn’t sure I would like it and let me tell you, it was fabulous! Everyone loved it too, not just me.

Thanks so much! 💖
That looks so yummy! Just might need to make this dish soon. 🙂
It was a huge hit with my family! Enjoy!
Looking good! On a very different subject, have you have you ever made a dump cake? There are even recipes for making your own cake mix. Anyway, I was just wondering.
I did but I doubt I will try anymore. Check it out here. https://indianeskitchen.com/2020/05/20/blueberry-dump-cake/
Also, this is a homemade chocolate cake mix if your interested. Just leave out the cream filling. https://indianeskitchen.com/2022/05/14/whipped-cream-chocolate-frosted-cake/
Thank you. I may use the chocolate cake recipe for my March birthday cake this year! Although I may also try your Hersey chocolate cake. Can’t wait! My complaint with the dump cake is too much butter. Sigh. No happy medium!
haha I know what you mean!
Easy peasy! I like easy.
Thanks!
