Homemade Sausage Patties
These Homemade Sausage Patties were so simple to make. My husband gets the credit for this one. He ground his own pork with my Kitchen Aid grinder attachment. If you want to make it easy, have the butcher at the grocery store grind it for you as they don’t usually charge to do so. Then just add the spices, form into patties and cook.
Start by cutting your pork into small pieces,
discarding any bones or large pieces of fat.
Grind the meat with a grinder.
Add the spices and form into patties.
Cook until golden brown and no longer pink inside then serve.

You can make it in no time! Let it sit overnight so the flavors can meld together before you cook it for even better flavor!
Almost the same way we make ours. Aren’t they the best? We freeze a bunch at a time and have them handy for a quick breakfast.
We freeze ours as well. I use them for my sandwich maker to make sausage, egg and cheese muffin..lol
Mmmm! We do that too!
Oh my goodness, what a help this will be, Diane! I got a Kitchen Aid for Christmas, and a grinder attachment. I told hubby I will be making pork sausage for breakfast sandwiches. Our interests are very similar! Thank you!
You’re welcome! It is so easy to do just make sure you grind small pieces of meat. My husband found it much easier!
