Grilled Asian Pork Chops

IMG_1813

Yes these are as delicious as they look! I am not a big lover of Pork Chops but these are absolutely fantastic! This is my version of Asian Pork Chops. Thank you to my husband for grilling them to perfection!

I do not buy regular pork chops with the bone in but you definitely can use them with this recipe. I buy a pork loin, when they go on sale, and I cut it to the thickness I want for Pork Chops. The butcher will do this for you for free. Believe it or not, it is a cheap way to get a great cut of meat.

I get many meals out of one pork loin by freezing it in meal size portions. In the end it is cheaper than buying regular pork chops with a bone, it is a better cut of meat and you are not paying for the bone.
