This looks great. I admit I’ve never cooked chicken this way. In thinking back I am astonished at how many different methods of cooking there are now compared to the sixties.
Thank you Linda! It is so easy to get stuck with always cooking the same things the same way. My mom told me how my grandma made the same thing each day of every week as my dad was growing up, how boring. When I talk to other older adults, their mom did too. My poor husband has a meal that tastes good and he says “I’ll never see that one again. 🤣
One dish meals are the best for both time savings and often saves on costs and calories too!
